Update-ModuleMeta

SYNOPSIS

Updates the module manifest file fields to prepare the new build.

SYNTAX

Update-ModuleMeta [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION

Replaces the version fields in the manifest file. Uses Drone env vars populated by pushed tags.
