Test-FileEOL

SYNOPSIS

Returns false if EOL isn't CRLF

SYNTAX

Test-FileEOL [-Path] <String> [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION

Tests given file against valid EOL. Returns true if CRLF is used.
