Test-FileEOF

SYNOPSIS

Returns false if EOF isn't an empty line.

SYNTAX

Test-FileEOF [-Path] <String> [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION

Test the given file against the EOF standard (final empty/blank line + CRLF) and returns true or false.

EXAMPLES
