Unconditionally enable the proposed API
|

||
|

To test run an extension that uses the proposed API.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
We also override isProposedApiEnabled in case an extension does not declare the
|
||
|
|
APIs it needs correctly (the Jupyter extension had this issue).
|
